Ask Me How To Enjoy 100,000 Followers In Your Site!

I hope this isn’t too misleading, but I certainly was not saying that I have 100k followers. Not many do. I dont care if I ever do.

But now that your here, take a peek at my brief point.

Here’s the great news, your engagement rate/ participation rate from the viewers you do have can be worth much more than a zillion followers and 2% participate. I, like many was on a treadmill to get followers five years ago when I started this blog. Over time I noticed that although I never paid anyone to push bogus abd meaningless followers, and took the high road by staying with followers who found me, it has paid off. If you are familiar with direct mail results they are usually 1-3% .

So if you have 100k followers but they didn’t really follow for your niche, you will have similar results with then actually using your service or engaging in your posts. Thats about 1-3k.

If you have 1000 followers who all came because they want and like your niche, your percentage of potential users of your service -well -I’ve seen as high as 45% participation rate. Thats near 500 potential customers. Would you even be able to handle that load? So let’s be realistic here. Unless your a mega business with tons of staff , you can’t handle even 300 new customers in a short period. ( Im speaking now tol service providers) but you who sell items can do your own conversion. So the great news is if you focus on what your readers want and stat with what you know, the relationships you develop are far more valuable abd trust is stronger then a million empty followers.

Take a peek at your total posts and then at your total likes, comments, or reblogs. If your numbers of participants is over 3% you are doing a better job of building trust than the mega site. Dont worry about how many followers, focus on meetung the needs that they are expressing. No matter what you do in your blog it will be strong.

If you have been discouraged about followers, switch gears and cater to your bread and butter.

Maybe someone needed to hear that today. I hope it helps;
