Imagine being interviewed as a rookie pro at the biggest rodeo of the year.It really does not shock me though, because that is how Jesse has always rolled- He saw and believed in his mind’s eye exactly where he wanted to end up. Its funny though, the second I saw that, I had a flashback of me and Jesse about 6 years ago, standing in the pitch black after a rodeo ended about midnight. It was by far the smallest stadium and rodeo ever and we just stood all by ourselves for a good minute after all the rest left.

Me and my boys – 10 years ago

We had something important we needed to address, for sure. But, it was Jesse’s decision all I could do was help him see his options. Ill never tell what we talked about, but I can say that the decision he made after that is what got him out of a little mud-hole of a rodeo to what he is in the center of today.

So- good on you jesse- # Rodeolife

(Now if my older son ever decides to come see his family Ill report on all his incredible accomplishments!

Take Time To Recognize The Important Stuff- God knows we are experts at finding every fault in every situation.

I have a great desire to help others make it through times that I myself have had to navigate. I understand the process, the pain, and the support needed. I, and the rest of my team all have both the formal education to coach others but more importantly we also have the life experience which allows us to relate to all the phases and hurdles that come with recovering from issues like depression, addiction, domestic violence, spiritual confusion, and much more. I feel that the combination of formal training and life experience allows us to meet those we help every point of need- in a real way.
