If you work in the healthcare industry, about 80% of you are open to new job opps and 35% are actively seeking another position. According to a study documented in this link, healthcare employers are all trying to find help. The number one issue of concern with employees is staff morale. Do you agree , or are you in the 20% who would not look for another job? Healthcare employers take note, most of your employees are burning out. What do you do to improve staff morale in your organization? I hope nobody says that they give a photocopied ” employee of the month ” award out each month. That will not do it.
Employees, what do you need to stay happy at your jobs? How could your company make you want to stay? Check this eye opening short editorial out. I am guessing most reading can relate.
